#43 BERNINA Free-Motion Couching Foot

The 2mm width limit is perfect for my fine metallic threads—no more slipping. It couches even the tightest curves without shifting, which is exactly what I needed.

Finally got my ribbon trim to run in clean curves instead of wiggling all over the place. The foot handles anything up to 2 mm, and my silk cord went through without a single snag. Fits my 9 mm machine perfectly too.

I was worried my 2 mm braid trim wouldn't feed smoothly, but this foot handled it without a single tangle. The visibility around the opening is great, so I could actually see where the cord was landing on my curves.
