Thatched – Chocolate Bar 1/2 Yard

The brown is so rich and grounding—it’s exactly the kind of blender that makes a quilt feel put-together. The half-yard cut gave me plenty for a border, and the fabric’s weight is sturdy without being stiff.

The 1/2 yard cut was perfect for my project, and the deep warm brown feels rich without being too heavy. It pressed beautifully and added that earthy anchor my quilt was missing.

This brown has just enough warmth to make it read as rich rather than flat, and the fabric itself has a nice smooth hand for piecing. It's going to be perfect for grounding a scrappy star quilt I'm working on.
