Thatched – Fuchsia 1/2 Yard

I’ve been hunting for a true magenta blender and this vivid pink-magenta hue is exactly what my scrappy quilt needed. The fabric has a smooth hand and the crosshatch pattern adds just enough texture without overwhelming the other prints.

This fuchsia is so much richer in person than on my screen, a true pink-magenta that pops without looking neon. The crosshatch texture gives it just enough visual interest to work as a blender, and it played perfectly next to the navy prints in my quilt top.

The crosshatch pattern gives it a nice texture up close, and the fuchsia is even punchier in person than on screen. I’m using it for a quilt border and it adds just the right pop, though the half-yard cut is smaller than I realized for bigger projects.
