Thatched – Periwinkle 1/2 Yard

The woven texture feels exactly like the Thatched description promised, soft but with a subtle structure that makes it easy to handle. I've already used a quarter yard for a quilt border, and the periwinkle shade pairs beautifully with white cottons.

I love how the woven texture gives this fabric a subtle, linen-like feel without being scratchy. The periwinkle shade is such a calming, versatile tone that works perfectly for a small quilt backing. It's exactly the soft blue-violet I was hoping for.

The woven Thatched texture gives this periwinkle a lovely depth that flat quilting cotton just doesn't have. I used it as a blender in a baby quilt and the soft blue-violet played perfectly against the warmer prints. Cutting and piecing were a breeze, barely any fraying.
