Vertex – Mulberry (29513-M) 1/2 Yard

The mulberry color is exactly the deep, rich shade I was hoping for and the weave has a nice subtle texture that doesn't overpower. I cut into it for a quilt backing and the weight feels substantial without being stiff.

The weave texture gives it real body for a blender fabric, and the mulberry tone is so much darker and more saturated in person than on screen. I’ve already got it paired with golds and it’s grounding the whole quilt top nicely.

The weave has just enough texture to give my quilt blocks some depth without competing with the prints. Half a yard was plenty for the border strips I cut, and it pressed flat with no fraying at the edges.
