Bernette Walking foot b37/b38

Finally, my heavy velvet curtains are sewing without that awful creeping and puckering. The upper feed dog grabbed the top layer perfectly and let both feed dogs work in smooth sync. This foot has completely changed how I feel about tackling slippery or thick fabrics.

I was skeptical about the upper feed dog making a difference, but it really does glide thick denim layers smoothly without any bunching. The synchronized movement is a game-changer for quilting.

The double feed dog on this foot makes quilting through thick layers a breeze—no more shifting or stretching between the top and bottom fabric. It snaps on like any other foot and glides smoothly, even on stubborn materials like vinyl.
