The 5.5mm sole glides smoothly under the presser foot, and the auto-gather action is incredibly precise—my first ruffle came out perfectly even without any hand-basting. It's cut my curtain-making time in half.

I was tired of fighting with uneven gathers, so this foot is a total lifesaver. It automatically feeds the fabric to create consistent ruffles while I sew, and it handled a lightweight cotton perfectly. Exactly what I needed for a quick project.

I love how this foot lets me control the tightness of the gathers—it's perfect for adding subtle ruffles to curtains. The only downside is that it took a couple tries to figure out the right tension settings.
