Finally got consistent pintuck spacing thanks to the clear sole — I can actually see where the next fold needs to go. Works perfectly with my 9 mm machine, and those decorative stitches between the pintucks come out beautifully.

The clear sole is the whole reason I bought this foot and it really does let you see exactly where the needle is dropping. I ran ribbon through it on a baby quilt and the rows came out perfectly even.

I've been using this for pintucks on my granddaughter's christening gown and the decorative stitches between the tucks turned out so crisp. Being able to see through the sole while guiding delicate fabric makes a huge difference.
